Kristi leads client management, strategic planning and business development across a wide range of the firm’s practice areas including health care, professional services and crisis management. She develops integrated marketing and PR strategy and manages a broad range of programs including regional and national media relations campaigns, community outreach, crisis communication, digital marketing and brand management.
Kristi’s professional trajectory has followed an unconventional path, having dedicated her entire career to coming up the ranks at F+A. She started as a professional intern fresh out of college and became the firm’s first equity partner in 2011.
She attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash. where she graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and French. Outside the agency, she chairs a Young Professionals board for the Puget Sound council of Girls on the Run, and tries to keep up with her daughters, and husband Todd who owns a local retail bicycle shop and café.
