Kristi Herriott – Managing Partner

Kristi enjoys working at the intersection of public relations, marketing and communications, providing senior-level counsel to clients across a wide range of the firm’s practice areas including professional services, health care and crisis management. She brings more than 15 years of experience serving as a a trusted advisor, crisis communicator and strategic counselor to organizations and individuals navigating complex business challenges.

Kristi’s professional trajectory has followed an unconventional path, having dedicated her career to coming up the ranks at F+A. After starting as an intern straight out of college, Kristi went on to become the firm’s first equity partner in 2011, and now co-leads the agency as managing partner.

Among notable moments in her career, in 2020 Kristi helped guide the PR strategy for a regional health system that gained international recognition for being the first hospital to treat patients with community-spread COVID-19 in the United States. 

She finds great satisfaction in developing meaningful long-term relationships with clients, in order to help them achieve their greatest impact.

Kristi attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash. where she graduated magna cum laude with B.A. degrees in communication and French. Outside F+A, Kristi tries to strike the balance between spending time exploring the PNW (especially the San Juan Islands) and relaxing at home with her two young daughters, and husband, Todd, who owns a local retail bicycle shop and café.

She serves as a board member for Girls on the Run of Puget Sound, the local council of an international nonprofit that puts on afterschool programming for young girls which teaches self-confidence, body positivity, community building and empowerment.
