As an account manager at Firmani + Associates, Andie brings her expertise and enthusiasm for demystifying complex topics and helping clients tell a compelling story.

Annie Alley brings more than 25 years of experience in developing and executing strategic public relations, media relations and digital marketing campaigns as one of F+A’s longest tenured team members. A proud partner at Firmani + Associates, Annie excels at managing complex business and organizational challenges, and crafting innovative, targeted communications strategies to address them. She also co-leads the agency’s career development efforts to ensure everyone has opportunities for advancement. 

Kate Hughes is eager to learn and try new things. She has a background in writing, design, and strategy, and she’s known to be prepped and ready to enter unknown territory in the PR world. She began her post-grad internship with Firmani + Associates in 2024 with hopes of fine-tuning her skills and adding to her PR toolkit.

Keri Barker joined Firmani + Associates in 2008 and is the firm’s administrator and a partner. Although Keri’s true passion is visual arts, she appreciates the power of words and stories to connect, transport, educate, heal, and influence. She handles everything from operations to finance and HR. Keri particularly enjoys shaping office policies that support F+A employees.

Kristi enjoys working at the intersection of public relations, marketing and communications, providing senior-level counsel to clients across a wide range of the firm’s practice areas including professional services, health care and crisis management. She brings more than 15 years of experience serving as a a trusted advisor, crisis communicator and strategic counselor to organizations and individuals navigating complex business challenges.

As a senior account executive, Laurel Johnson crafts authentic and compelling narratives to help F+A clients tell their stories. She brings expertise in bespoke content marketing and communication strategy, working with clients across health care, legal, wealth management, and other professional services industries. Laurel is inspired by all the ways that narratives and language can alter the course of history. 

With a background in media relations, Elizabeth Diamond is a passionate storyteller with a goal to amplify and uplift the voices of those who need it. She began her public relations journey in Chicago and has since used her career path to hone in on aspects like client voice, thought leadership and overall brand strategy.  

Marci Uchytil has a well-rounded background in accounting, and loves working with numbers. She enjoys helping people and is inspired to exceed the expectations of all clients, both internal and external. Her goal is to make sure that their experience is as seamless as possible.

Mark Firmani founded F+A, creating a dynamic home for skilled PR practitioners and marketing specialists. He brings more than three decades of PR expertise, business communication strategy, marketing savvy and political experience to every aspect of the firm’s operations, and prides himself on establishing a personal connection with his clients to best match their specific needs and desires.

McKenzie Morgan plans and executes PR and communications strategies for the Firmani + Associates’ behavioral healthcare and legal clients. Since joining F+A in 2021, McKenzie has led many important initiatives, including advancing community behavioral health in WA state in concert with Compass Health and Fourfront Contributor. To date, McKenzie is most proud of having worked with Beth Fegan, a founding partner of the law firm FeganScott, on behalf of survivors of sexual assault.

With a background in writing and editing, Tabitha Witherspoon is a versatile PR professional who is passionate about using language to connect people. She launched her public relations career in 2022 with Firmani + Associates as an account coordinator, where she utilizes her background in English to curate key messaging, contribute to marketing strategy, and position her clients for success with media relations.
