Cierra Lacasse – Office Manager

Cierra Lacasse is the office manager at Firmani + Associates, Seattle’s trusted PR and marketing firm. With a background in operations, public relations, and administrative support, Cierra helps to ensure F+A’s essential administrative processes run smoothly so her colleagues can focus on serving clients. 

Born and raised in California, Cierra relocated to Seattle in 2025. She attended San Jose State University and holds a bachelor’s in public relations and a master’s degree in business analytics.  

When Cierra’s away from the office, she enjoys exploring Seattle’s neighborhoods, experimenting in the kitchen, reading fantasy and thrillers, and spending time with her dog.
