Kate Hughes – Account Executive

Kate Hughes is an account executive at Firmani + Associates, Seattle’s trusted PR and marketing firm. With a background in social media, design and content strategy, Kate supports the team and clients with creativity and fresh ideas.

For F+A’s clients in the consumer-packaged goods, behavioral health, legal and other sectors, Kate leads content development for earned and shared media activities, conducting research and reporting vital to planning and decision-making, and more. 

Though she was born and raised in Nevada, Kate considers Michigan home. She attended Northern Michigan University and holds a B.S. in Public Relations. She’s now based in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys the opportunity to collaborate in person with F+A team members and is proud to serve as co-chair with Makenna Schwab on the PRSA Puget Sound Student Outreach Committee.

When Kate’s away from the office, she enjoys exploring Seattle’s hidden gems, traveling, hiking, reading and spending time with her family and cats.
