Kate Hughes – Associate Account Executive

Kate Hughes is an associate account executive at Firmani + Associates, Seattle’s trusted PR and marketing firm. With a background in social media, design and content strategy, Kate supports the team and clients with creativity and fresh ideas.

Kate is eager to learn and try new things. She has a background in social media strategy, graphic design and content writing, and she’s known to be prepped and ready to enter unknown territory in the PR world. She contributes to the team at Firmani + Associates as an associate account executive, supporting exceptional work across the agency and our clients with her ever-growing expertise. 

For F+A’s clients in the consumer-packaged goods, behavioral health, legal and other sectors, Kate focuses on developing content for earned and shared media activities, conducting research and reporting vital to planning and decision-making, and more. 

Though she was born and raised in Nevada, Kate considers Michigan home. She attended Northern Michigan University and holds a B.S. in Public Relations. She’s now based in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys the opportunity to collaborate in person with F+A team members, attend client events and volunteering in the community. 

When Kate’s away from the office, she enjoys exploring Seattle’s hidden gems, traveling, hiking, reading and spending time with her family and cats.
