May New + Noteworthy

They say that with April showers come May flowers – boy, were they right! Seattle is in full bloom, and so are our clients and team.  

• Kate Hughes joined the F+A team as a Public Relations Intern after her graduation from Northern Michigan University. Get to know Kate! 

• Darwin’s Raw Food has expanded its partnership with PAWS, an animal rehabilitation center and shelter, for the benefit of Seattle’s animals. Darwin’s will donate up to $25,000, matching $1 for every mile logged during the PAWSwalk, an annual walkathon and fundraiser taking place from June 2 to June 22, 2024.  

• SGB attorney Elizabeth Hanley, whose practice focuses on employment law, as well as sexual assault and harassment cases, was quoted in The New York Times sharing her legal opinion on necessary protections for victims of A.I.-generated deepfakes in sexual harassment and employment law cases, “Legislation is needed to stop commercialization, which is the root of the problem.”
